We purchased this machine as a replacement for another brand that we had used for 10 years. The E46 is great for our area and because it is cordless and so light and easy to use we can get through the job in half the time. This is the first time that we have used PTS as a supplier and I could not recommend them highly enough. As a family business they all have a vested interest in their customers and this was clearly proven from the enquiry email through to the after sales service, their efficiency is excellent and we had demo and purchased the machine within 48hrs of sending an enquiry email.
